DocQ has a standard feature that can convert any document into a web form, which can integrate with any system/platform. Coupled with support for Digital Signatures, audit trails and custom workflows that mimic any business processes, there is nothing in the market like it today. This enables our clients that are utilizing the SmartRecruiters Plug-In to quickly create online forms from a document template. This integration works between SmartRecruiters and any HRIS system that the client would be using at the time (i.e. ADP, Workday, UltiPro, etc.). DocQ’s integration with SmartRecruiters is intended to fully automate talent acquisition in a way that can take recruiters’ process of hiring from hours down to minutes.
