The tracker, the country pages, the readiness check and the calendar files summarise laws and official publications on e-invoicing and e-reporting. They are general information. They are not legal or tax advice and do not replace advice on your specific situation by a tax adviser or lawyer.
Vendor data
Vendor data sheets record what vendors publish, with source and check date. Products change; the vendor's current information is authoritative. “No public information” means we found nothing published, not that a feature is missing.
Dates can change
Governments postpone, bring forward and redefine obligations, sometimes at short notice. We re-check every country at least once a month and record each change with its date and source on What changed. Between checks a date may be out of date. The official source linked on each page is always authoritative.
“Not officially confirmed”
Where a date or rule is only announced, in draft or reported by secondary sources, we label it “not officially confirmed”. Do not treat such dates as binding.
Thresholds and scope
Which phase applies to a business often depends on turnover, establishment, invoice type or sector. The readiness check shows every step with the group it applies to. Where you enter turnover, employees or balance sheet, it indicates which steps are likely yours – based on your figures and the reference period the country names; it is not a legal assessment.
Independence
No provider can buy a place in the tracker or the DMS ranking, or influence dates, data or wording. Providers see details of your plan only if you send a request for help and consent to passing it on. If providers pay for introductions in future, we will say so on For providers and introduce you only with your consent.
Liability
We compile the information with care but accept no liability for its accuracy, completeness or currency, except for intent and gross negligence and in case of injury to life, body or health. Use of this website is subject to German law.
